Hi I bought two candles recently. One for my daughter sent to Kearney, NE. Her candle arrived in great shape and she loves it. My candle arrived melted. The bubble wrap was completely saturated in wax and the outside of the jar was messy too. The wicks had melted wax on them. This is the second time this has happened. I did contact the first time and was treated very kindly and given free shipping. My candle arrived when I was home so I know it didn't sit outside. Seems like fed x needs a cooler truck. Love your candles!!
