  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled, except for out-of-stock items
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order
  • Please report any discrepancies in your order confirmation immediately

  • Items occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed
  • If an ordered item is out of stock, Crossroads will cancel the order
  • You will be notified of the cancellation via email or phone
  • Crossroads reserves the right to cancel orders due to items being out of stock


  • We try our best to provide accurate product descriptions
  • We cannot guarantee complete accuracy or absence of errors
  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Applicable shipping and taxes are not included in the listed price
  • Final price with shipping and taxes will be shown at checkout
  • We may cancel or refuse orders if a product price is incorrect due to an error


  • Retail offers are redeemable online only at www.crossroadscandles.com
  • Valid in the contiguous United States only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or used on previous purchases
  • Some products may require a minimum order quantity for the sale price
  • Retail website promotions are not valid at the Crossroads Factory Store locations
  • We reserve the right to change or end a promotion at any time and may cancel orders at our discretion

Shipping Policy

Generally speaking, orders usually ship from our factory in Bucyrus, Ohio 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Order processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons or immediately after a popular online promotion.  See map below for approximate transit times once your order has left our facility.  Crossroads currently ships to the contiguous U.S.  Contact us for a shipping quote outside of this area.

  • Valid in the contiguous U.S. only.  Shipping calculated on pre-tax subtotal.

Please feel free to contact us with any shipping/delivery questions.  Crossroads offers standard delivery service (Home Delivery Ground) via FedEx.  Expedited shipping options and international shipping may be available for an additional fee.  Contact us for a quote.

Crossroads cannot ship packages on days that are U.S. national holidays. Shipping charges and terms are subject to change without notice.



Returns Policy

Crossroads prides itself on producing high-quality products and offering outstanding customer service. We stand behind the products we manufacture and want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return policy below and contact our customer service team at 866-247-0156 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern) to start the return process. 

CROSSROADS RETURN POLICY (Effective January 1, 2015)


  • All items should be unused and in brand new condition
  • All items should be packed well and returned in the appropriate packaging
  • You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the product
  • You may use any shipping carrier but we recommend FedEx or UPS
  • Your product refund will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Your original shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable
  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of product
  • Failure to follow these conditions may result in a reduced refund
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply.  Call 866-247-0156 for details.
  • Items purchased online may not be returned at the Crossroads Factory Store


  • Should you have a quality issue with your product concerning the fragrance, wicks, glass, etc. please do not throw the item out. You may be asked to return the product for quality assurance purposes.
  • Products that are more than 50% used are not eligible for return in most cases.  Call 866-247-0156 for details.


  • Damages/discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days product receipt
  • It is not necessary to return product that has arrived damaged for safety reasons
  • Submit a photo of the damaged product to support@crossroadsfamily.com
