How to Use
For Fluffy Pancakes:
- Preheat griddle to 400°F.
- For each cup of mix, combine 1 beaten egg, 2/3 cup milk, and 1/4 cup pumpkin butter or canned pumpkin pie mix. (Makes 6-8 pancakes)
- Mix gently to form a batter. Do not overmix as the pancakes may be chewy and less fluffy.
- Pour onto your hot, greased, griddle and flip once after bubbles break.
For Waffles:
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the above pancake batter and bake as directed for your waffle iron.
