Pear Butter
I usually buy this at a local farmer's market but they were out of stock so I went directly to the company to order. When I received my package, it was sticky on the outside box which looked like something had broken inside. I called Cooper's Mill before I opened the box. They had me open the box and I could see pear butter all over the contents inside. So while still on the phone, I took out each of the 7 jars I had ordered and rinsed them at my sink. One jar had broken but 6 jars were okay. Cooper's Mill said they would send another shipment, not only for the one that broke but for 2 jars. What a nice surprise to have a company not only right what was wrong but who went one step further. I have the highest respect for their attention to me as a customer and yes, I will order more in the future. Thank you Cooper's Mill. You are wonderful and I love your pear butter!!
